Dr. Kari Lynn Purcott, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and the founder of Paps & Martinis, a Clinic of Tri-City Healthcare District in Carlsbad, California. Her journey into medicine was driven by a lifelong desire to help others, shaped by personal experiences that deepened her commitment to patient care.

She holds a special passion for guiding expectant mothers through pregnancy and delivery, having had the privilege of delivering thousands of babies — each moment marked by compassion, expertise, and personalized attention.

Driven by her unwavering commitment to helping patients thrive, she discovered her true calling during a time when her loved ones were in need. This personal experience has shaped her approach to patient care, as she wholeheartedly dedicates herself to each individual under her guidance. Within her practice, Dr. Purcott offers a comprehensive range of services including gynecology, preventative/wellness care, and aesthetic care. With over 17 years of experience as an GYN, Dr. Purcott is a board-certified professional who views her practice as a tight-knit community rather than a mere collection of patients. She takes the time to know each patient by name and understand their unique stories, ensuring a personalized approach to their healthcare.
